Millennium Challenge Corporation / AECOM – Accelerated Growth Corridors Project
Project Overview: C12 provided domestic RLRP expertise and personnel to AECOM and MCC to facilitate RLRP activities in four road corridors across Malawi.

Objective: Provide AECOM and MCA-Malawi II and with RLRP and Implementation services for Package 1 and Package 2 of Accelerated Growth Corridors (AGC) Projects.
Methodologies: In-depth reconnaissance of road corridors, detailed review of resettlement policy framework, establishment of comprehensive data management plan, facilitation of inclusive stakeholder engagement activities, administration of systematic socio-economic survey, asset registration and asset valuation.
Outcomes: Verified household and asset database, accurate financial liability and schedule, legally-sound compensation framework, integrated RLRP strategy
Results: Project terminated by donor country before completion.
