While conducting the qualitative panel assessment of the Enhancing Community Resilience Programme, the C12 team witnessed a devastating flash flood. This video brings to light the realities people are faced with on the ground.
Because of its climate and location, flooding hits Malawi almost every year. The disaster in 2015 was the most costly to hit the country. More than a hundred people died and tens of thousands lost their homes at a cost of twenty three million dollars.
